Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrajanoWeb.com, our client platform and the design, development and AI services provided by Trajano Web Development ("Trajano", "we", "us"), a Carolinas Enterprises LLC company. By accessing the site, creating an account or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide web design, custom development, AI solutions, hosting and domain assistance, maintenance plans and related digital services. Each engagement is defined by a written quote approved by you, which becomes part of these Terms once accepted.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with Google. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Projects follow our standard lifecycle: lead intake, quote, client approval, project development, preview, approval, invoice, payment, launch, maintenance and support. Work begins after a quote is approved. Deliverables are presented for your review through the client portal, and your approval authorizes invoicing and launch.

Fees are set out in each approved quote or plan. Invoices are due on the stated date. Recurring services (maintenance, hosting, care plans) renew automatically until cancelled. Late payments may pause work or suspend services. Financial records are retained for legal and accounting purposes and are not permanently deleted without administrative review.

• Ensure you own or have rights to all materials you provide to us.
• Keep your contact and billing information current.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Materials you provide remain yours.

You may not use our platform or services for unlawful activity, to infringe third-party rights, to distribute malware or spam, or to attempt to access other clients' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Services are provided with professional care and skill. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may end recurring services with written notice. Completed work and amounts already invoiced remain due. Provisions that by their nature should survive (payment, intellectual property, liability) survive termination.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
